1.1. This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») governs the processing and protection of information that the User provides when using the website Lavastyle.ru, the service lava-style.ru, the Telegram bot @lava_style_bot and the VK mini app (the «Service»).

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms agreement with the Policy. If the User disagrees with its terms, the User must stop using the Service.

1.3. The Policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data».

2.1. The Service may collect the following types of data:

• account identifiers (Telegram or VK ID and username);
• technical information (IP address, browser, device and operating system data);
• interaction history with the Service (catalog browsing, selected effects and plans);
• media files (photos and videos) uploaded by the User for AI processing.

2.2. The Service does not require passport data, documents or other personal information beyond the minimum necessary for operation.

3.1. The Service may use the collected information solely to:

• operate the functionality and process media files with AI effects;
• communicate with the User, including notifications and support;
• analyze and improve the quality of the Service.

4.1. The Administration does not transfer the collected data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• if required by law;
• if necessary to fulfill obligations to the User (for example, when working with payment providers);
• if the User has given consent.

5.1. The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the interface working, store user preferences and collect anonymized statistics.

5.2. Yandex.Metrika and Top.Mail.ru may be used for traffic analysis; they collect anonymized technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5.3. The User may disable cookies in the browser settings, though this may affect some features of the Service.

6.1. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. Uploaded media files are used only for processing and are not stored longer than necessary.

6.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

7.1. The User may request information about the processing of their data, ask for its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing.

7.2. To exercise these rights, the User may contact the Service support.

8.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always involves risks.

8.2. The Administration is not responsible for the loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or the User.

9.1. The Administration may change the terms of the Policy without prior notice.

9.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Policy.
